Human Resources (HR) Director's job description includes developing and implementing HR strategy, managing HR policies and programs, overseeing employee recruitment and retention, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing the HR department budget and staff. The role requires strategic planning to align HR efforts with organizational goals, a strong understanding of employment law, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to advise executives on human capital matters to foster a positive company culture and drive employee performance
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the organization's long-term vision and goals.
- Policy Development: Create, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, resolving grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and motivate employees.
- HR Operations: Supervise the daily operations of the HR department, including managing the HR team and overseeing departmental budgets.
- Data Analysis: Use HR analytics and labor market data to inform workforce planning and talent development strategies.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR practices and initiatives comply with employment laws and regulations.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business, public administration, or related field (SHRM) is desirable
- Experience: Three (3) years of professional human resources program management and recruitment experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Compensation:
This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation range is up to $90,000.00 annually. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Human Resource Director!
