- Make an Impact! As an Administrative Fellow, you will focus on issues related to the functioning of a complex health care system, and the management of large and diverse issues and functions such as corporate structure, capital finance, and system-wide strategic planning. Use your excellent collaboration and communication skills to help manage relations between member institutions. You will be assigned discrete projects to develop your leadership and decision-making skills. In addition to project work, you will attend Senior Management and Board meetings, and be assigned to various members of the senior management team throughout the year, based on the Fellow’s goals and interests.
