We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Principal RF Engineer to join our team on the EPAWSS (Eagle Passive/Active Warning and Survivability System) program. As a Senior Principal RF Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the design, development, and testing of RF systems and modules, including the Quad Tuner Module (QTM), Quad Up-converter Module (QUM), Input Switch Matrix (ISM), Output Switch Module (OSM), and RF Front End (RFFE). Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, testing and Support of RF systems and modules, including QTM, QUM, ISM, OSM, and RFFE
- Analyze and compile Nonconformance data to identify key failure modes and lead yield improvement based on data-driven analysis
- Coordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to reduce failure modes and improve test yields, as well as reduce test times where applicable
- Utilize LabVIEW and various NI/Keysight toolsets to debug and troubleshoot complex RF issues across sub-assembly, module, and system levels
- Navigate BAE tools and systems for nonconformance tracking and yield reporting, as well as other tools such as PLM for proper document rev control review
- Provide strong technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians
- Develop and present technical information to program teams and/or customers

- BSEE with a concentration in RF
- 8+ years of experience working on RF/Microwave designs within the frequency range of 50MHz to 20GHz
- Deep working knowledge of RF modules from circuit level to system performance
- Experience with RF path cascade analysis and non-linear analysis
- Motivated self-starter with leadership skills and ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
