• Conduct yourself in alignment with the High Performance Team Contract, Alera Group Brand Compass, and Code of Conduct

• Design, present, and implement comprehensive insurance plans, including recommendations for additional lines of business and compliance analysis of contracts and leases

• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships, resolving coverage and process issues, and delivering superior customer service

• Complete and review applications, renewals, and endorsements for underwriting compliance while maintaining consistent, thorough documentation

• Leverage technology and IT resources to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and communicate enhancements to leadership

• Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and professionalism—recognized by peers as a trusted, effective, and collaborative partner

• Commit to continuous learning and professional growth through seminars, feedback, and skill development

• BA/BS Preferred
• Insurance Producer License
• Commercial lines account management experience
• Demonstrates an in depth knowledge of markets, policies and products and shares information with peers
• Possesses good listening skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

Salary range is $78K to 94K per year, based on experience.
