Join our mission-driven team at The Arc of the Ozarks Autism & Neurodevelopmental Center and help children and families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Feeding Therapist to join our growing team. This role focuses on evaluating and treating infants and children with feeding and swallowing challenges, including oral motor delays, sensory-based feeding difficulties, and medically complex conditions. You’ll collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, family-centered care.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct assessments to identify feeding and swallowing difficulties
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide caregiver education and home carryover strategies
  • Collaborate with medical providers and team members, including SLPs, OTs, and dietitians
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and continuing education

What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP certification or equivalent credentials preferred
  • Experience in pediatric feeding and swallowing therapy
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and family-centered care skills

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based feeding interventions
  • Experience with medically fragile populations or NICU graduates
  • Familiarity with sensory-based and oral-motor feeding approaches
