This role focuses on evaluating and treating infants and children with feeding and swallowing challenges, including oral motor delays, sensory-based feeding difficulties, and medically complex conditions. You’ll collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, family-centered care.

• Conduct assessments to identify feeding and swallowing difficulties
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide caregiver education and home carryover strategies
• Collaborate with medical providers and team members, including SLPs, OTs, and dietitians
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and continuing education

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP certification or equivalent credentials preferred
• Experience in pediatric feeding and swallowing therapy
• Strong communication, teamwork, and family-centered care skills

• Knowledge of evidence-based feeding interventions
• Experience with medically fragile populations or NICU graduates
• Familiarity with sensory-based and oral-motor feeding approaches
