Hours: 8 hour – 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of all activities in the Cardiopulmonary Department, ABG Laboratory and Cardio-Neuro Department referring out of the ordinary issues to Administration.
  • Supervises and monitors performance of the Cardiopulmonary Staff and Cardio-Neuro staff with physicians, hospital staff, patients and patient's families and significant others to provide comprehensive care.
  • Provides direct patient care as needed.
  • Collaborates with organizational leadership to standardize services within assigned areas.
  • May oversee multiple facilities.
Qualifications:

Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have: 

  • Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner license required.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current ACLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
  • Five (5) years of acute respiratory care management experience required.
  • Current PALS certification upon hire and maintain current.
  • NBRC- Registered Respiratory Therapist preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree preferred
