Key Responsibilities

Parts Department Duties

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using the company’s tracking system.
• Issue parts to technicians and service personnel as needed.
• Process purchase orders, returns, and vendor deliveries.
• Identify, source, and order replacement parts and components.
• Keep the parts area organized, labeled, and clean.
• Track and update repair orders, ensuring correct parts are assigned, work orders are updated, and jobs are properly documented.
• Communicate with mechanics, service leads, and management about repair order progress and parts availability.

Warehouse & Logistics Support

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general inventory management.
• Stage parts and materials for upcoming service jobs and equipment repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform periodic cycle counts and assist with annual inventory.
• Support other departments with light warehouse or material-handling tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in a parts, warehouse, or service coordination role preferred.
• Familiarity with repair order tracking systems or maintenance software a plus.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical duties.
• Team-oriented and dependable with a focus on safety and efficiency.
