The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for an Engineer 3 who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Our Engineer 3’s provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Follow all Four Seasons standards, including proper payroll, safety, and uniform procedures.
Perform skilled maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, fire & safety, and general interior systems.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, lighting, motors, and other equipment; re-lamp and replace fixtures as needed.
Conduct plumbing repairs such as clearing drains, replacing valves, and maintaining urinals and grease traps.
Perform general mechanical and carpentry work including assembling, relocating, or repairing furniture and equipment.
Support engineers during major repairs or system shutdowns and assist other departments as needed.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, meter readings, and inspection records.
Ensure all work areas and the Engineering shop remain clean, organized, and safe.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest and departmental maintenance requests.
Report and document all accidents or safety incidents immediately.
Conduct oneself professionally at all times, fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by management.
