Now, we’re seeking a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to support our high-performing clinical team—delivering precise imaging, ensuring safety, and playing a vital role in helping patients on their journey to relief.

The Opportunity
As a Radiologic Technologist at APAC, you’ll be an essential part of our surgical and clinical team. Each day, you’ll operate advanced imaging equipment, assist in interventional procedures, and maintain high safety standards—all while working alongside physicians, nurses, and other specialists in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where your technical accuracy and clinical support will have a direct impact on patient care.

What You’ll Do:

Imaging & Procedure Support

• Perform intra-operative radiologic and fluoroscopic procedures according to safety and imaging protocols
• Operate, calibrate, and position C-Arm and imaging equipment for accurate, high-quality diagnostic outcomes
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals or contrast agents as needed

Patient Communication & Clinical Collaboration

• Provide timely, accurate updates to nurses and physicians during procedures
• Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and procedure room flow
• Maintain detailed, prompt documentation and patient records

Safety & Compliance

• Use protective techniques and settings to minimize radiation exposure
• Follow infection control protocols, drug administration standards, and emergency procedures
• Complete required annual training and document lead apron integrity

Equipment & Inventory Management

• Sterilize and maintain equipment; report malfunctions promptly
• Monitor inventory levels, anticipate supply needs, and manage orders and deliveries
• Handle related administrative duties including logs, labels, and forms

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Medical Association–approved Radiology Technology program
• Current ARRT certification and Indiana State License
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with C-arm operation
• Strong knowledge of radiographic theory, equipment operation, and radiation safety
