MyChart Support Assistant bei St. Cloud Hospital

Find your Purpose as a MyChart Support Assistant with CentraCare. As a MyChart Support Assistant you will ensure the appropriate electronic access of health information through the patient portal in an organized, efficient and confidential manner. Responsible to have knowledge of current release of health information regulations set forth by the State of Minnesota, Federal Government, HIPAA, and Patient Right of Access. Required to use and interpret legal documents as well as legal manuals on access rights of health information. Responsible for investigating, resolving and coordinating with others on software issues under minimal supervision. Effectively resolve problems and answer questions both in writing and verbally with a diverse group of patients. Prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced patient centered environment.

Schedule:

• Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
• Mon-Fri 8:00a-4:30p
• Work from home after in-office training; occasional onsite meeting

Pay and Benefits:

• Staring pay is $18.25 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience.

Qualifications:

• Post High School Degree Education within health or IT related field or 3 years' experience working with patient health information, including access and privacy.
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certification preferred.
• 1 years experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
