What You'll Be Doing
Lead the strategic direction and delivery of IT solutions supporting Aggregates and HMA operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization.
Oversee solution lifecycle management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery meets performance expectations.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and agile methodologies.
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a business-related field
3+ years of experience using business systems applications
Strong understanding of Aggregates/HMA operations and related technologies
Experience with enterprise platforms, integration strategies, and cloud-based solutions
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex IT initiatives
Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and change management
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid work environment with flexibility to work remotely and travel to operational sites as needed. Collaboration across teams and geographies is essential.
