Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor

Department: Retail Division

Reports to: Retail Manager/ Retail Assistant Manager

Retail Sales Supervisor will oversee daily operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring. Responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and coaching. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless store operations, uphold retail and hotel policies, and contribute to sales growth by optimizing product assortment and layout.

How I can create Guests for Life:

• Assign all scheduled associates to the proper work location. Ensure the appropriate level of floor cover is always maintained.
• Conduct Preshift meetings: share daily focus, guest satisfaction scores, operational highlights, and product knowledge.
• Communicate Gameplan, assign tasks, monitor productivity, follow up and redirect as necessary.
• Monitor sales performance to ensure that shift goals are met.
• Direct and supervise associates to engage guests utilizing the 4 keys.
• Take Inventory, reconcile open checks.
• Coach associates in the moment; optimize performance and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Assist with new hire training and retraining.
• Assist with weekly scheduling and hiring.
• Prepare and submit daily sales recap and inventory reports.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of product assortment, and layout.
• Assist with the maintenance of a sustained level of inventory, replenishing, and stocking new products on the sales floor.
• Ensure the shop is prepared for proper opening and closing each day.
• Greet and welcome all guests.
• Process transactions for all purchases
• Enforce all retail and hotel policies.

Is this the job for me:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Supervisory experience in retail or a related field preferred
• Must be flexible to work hours determined by business levels and needs of retail outlets, under the Retail Manager. This may include weekends and early morning, or late evening work and holidays.
• Ability to stand and be active and be active for long periods of time.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors with varying weather conditions
