About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Director of Human Resources to lead the full spectrum of HR functions across our organization. As a member of the executive team, this role will be responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term goals. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can balance strategy with execution, build strong organizational culture, and position HR as a driver of growth and innovation. The Senior Director plays a critical role in managing and optimizing human capital within the organization. This role will oversee various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of human resources management principles.
What You Bring: (Requirements)
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
· 5-7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior or executive role.
· Demonstrated success in organizational development, culture transformation, and talent strategy.
· Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, compensation, and benefits.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across all levels of the organization.
· Experience with Paycom preferred
· Proven track record in scaling HR functions within fast-growing organizations.
What You’ll Do: (Responsibilities)
Strategic Leadership
· Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape organizational strategy and workforce planning.
· Develop HR strategies that support business growth, operational excellence, and talent retention.
· Lead initiatives to foster an inclusive, diverse, and high-performing culture.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
· Payroll Processing: Process payroll bi-weekly for the organization through the payroll software Paycom.
· Payroll Reporting: Collaborate with other departments to ensure they have payroll parameters and other payroll reporting to complete reporting packages.
· Benefits and compensation: Collaborate with external partners for benefits Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.
· Manage employee relations, risk mitigation, and ethical workplace practices.
· administration and manage the company’s compensation structure.
· HR Systems: Utilize tools to streamline HR processes and data management.
Talent Management & Development
· Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning for critical roles.
· Implement professional development programs, leadership training, and performance management systems.
· Drive initiatives that attract top talent and strengthen employer branding.
Employee Engagement & Culture
· Champion employee experience, engagement, and recognition programs.
· Ensure that there are open communication channels between employees, leadership, and HR.
Operational Excellence
· Oversee HR systems, data analytics, and workforce metrics to drive informed decision-making.
· Implement modern HR technologies and best practices to optimize efficiency.
· Develop HR budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
