Job Summary 

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This includes managing staff, optimizing sales performance, maintaining company standards, and fostering a positive work environment. The Manager leads by example and drives operational excellence to achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities 


Leadership & Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop store employees to ensure high performance and engagement
  • Schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal coverage and productivity
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Promote a positive, results-driven culture that reflects company values

Operations Management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
  • Monitor daily operations to achieve efficiency and cost control
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed company goals
  • Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing leadership, training, and support to staff
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally

Financial Management

  • Manage store budgets and payroll
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising service or quality
  • Oversee product displays, signage, and promotions in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with regional and corporate teams on product needs and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities 
  • Detail-oriented and efficient 
  • Team player with a strong work ethic 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt 
  • Comfortable with technology (iOS experience a plus) 
  • Able to work in a warehouse environment (lift up to 40 lbs, stand/squat for long periods)
