We’re looking for a warm, organized, and proactive HR Manager to help us grow and support our dedicated staff

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted resource for staff and leadership, offering guidance with empathy and professionalism.
• Develop and implement HR policies that reflect our values and support a healthy, inclusive workplace.
• Coordinate training and development opportunities to help our team thrive.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Familiar with labor relations.

Education/Experience

5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
