About The Opportunity
Menasha is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean initiatives across our corrugate manufacturing network. Essential Job Functions:
The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.
- Champion and execute lean strategies that drive measurable improvements in quality, throughput, waste and cost savings
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Facilitate Kaizen events and lead problem-solving workshops using A3 methodology
- Develop and maintain tools to track progress, communicate results, and sustain momentum
- Support capital projects and equipment feasibility studies in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Deliver lean training and coaching to build internal capability and foster a CI mindset
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide technical support, explore new business opportunities, and/or resolve order problems or complaints
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices through networking and professional development
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)
- 8+ years of experience driving operational improvements in a lean manufacturing environment
- Lean Six Sigma certification or similar CI credentials strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and deliver ROI through process optimization
- Strong facilitation skills and experience leading Kaizen events
- Demonstrated ability to facility A3 problem-solving practices to drive root cause analysis and sustainable solutions
- Knowledge of corrugate manufacturing is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between our US manufacturing sites
