Client Relationship Executive – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Executive to join our Distribution team, working within our insurance client channel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about client engagement and operational excellence
A bit about the job:
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting client-facing teams and possess strong communication and organisational skills. They’ll be confident working independently and may currently be in an Operations, Client Onboarding, or Implementation role, ready to step into a more client-facing position. Reporting to a Client Relationship Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our internal client, Aviva, collaborating closely with teams across Distribution and building strong relationships throughout Aviva Investors and the wider Aviva group. This role will support the Insurance client relationship team in managing our partnership with Aviva, while coordinating activity and providing support across our Insurance, Wealth, and Institutional channels globally. Responsibilities include leading the preparation of monthly service oversight reports, producing passive breach and risk event reports, managing AML and KYC requests, performing cash reconciliations, and assisting with meetings, events, and special projects. The role also involves supporting new team member onboarding, managing procurement processes and contract renewals, coordinating occasional travel and expenses, and providing ad-hoc assistance to Executive Assistants as needed.

Strong problem-solving skills, with confidence to work independently and collaborate when needed
Excellent planning, prioritisation, and time management skills, with the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with large volumes of information, with a high standard of accuracy
Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain quality under pressure
