- Manage lead lists, conduct client meetings, and create tailored insurance proposals to secure new business and meet/exceed annual sales goals
Properly onboard clients by introducing service resources and account management teams, while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships through ongoing communication and social engagement
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including scheduling appointments, managing task lists, and completing required pipeline and production reports on time
Actively engage in mentor/mentee relationships with senior producers, contribute in sales meetings, and promote team-selling and knowledge sharing
Effectively communicate organizational capabilities to prospects and clients, promoting cross-selling opportunities and supporting broader company initiatives and objectives
Drive an inclusive, accountable, and motivating sales culture; create a positive work environment that fosters trust, creativity, and cohesive teamwork; and lead by example to strengthen company culture
Adhere to insurance standards, follow proper procedures, protect confidential information, and uphold the highest ethical standards in all client and team interactions
Actively support local community initiatives, contribute to company-wide programs and policies, and perform additional duties and projects as needed
- Hold Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum of 1 year of Personal Insurance sales experience
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals
- Be self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational, and time management skills
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $70K to 75K per year.
