Plant Superintendent
We are searching for an experienced Plant Superintendent at our Plant 12-Fremont-IN facility.
Dexteris the premier manufacturer and supplier of axles, suspension, brakes, doors,venting products, trailer parts, accessories, and towing components serving thecommercial trailer, RV, heavy-duty, marine, agriculture, and manufacturedhousing markets has an opportunity for a Plant Superintendent at ourmanufacturing facility located in Fremont, Indiana. *This is a high visibility position with future advancement potential. Specific Responsibilities The Production Superintendent provides leadership and direction to the manufacturing facility including overseeing plant production, equipment and tools to ensure efficiency is maintained and projects remain on schedule. This includes coordination of activities related to the company’s quality, safety, and production, including responsibility for financial performance of the facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises production supervisors (two shift operations). Supervisory responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training direct reports; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance yearly; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints
