Molding Operator – Plastics (Band 4)
Shift A: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Starting Pay Range: $18.75 – $21.03/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor injection molding equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Adjust machines, perform quality checks, and deflash parts to meet customer specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols — your wellbeing and that of your teammates come first.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with team members and actively contribute to a positive, supportive environment.
- Stay flexible — assist with other areas or buildings as business needs change.
- Show up strong: reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
What You Bring
- Experience in injection molding or extrusion processes (required).
- Comfort using hand tools and measuring equipment (tape measure proficiency a plus).
- A mechanical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs safely and effectively.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to keep learning new skills.

Qualifications
Education / Experience:
- Prior injection molding and extrusion processes experience required.
- General knowledge of small hand tools is preferred.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.
- Proficiency in reading a tape measure.
- Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 60 pounds, with reaching, pulling, pushing.
