Job Summary:

The Project Manager will lead the execution of Mod 12 under the Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) with USACE, overseeing milestone-based deliverables, robotic system commissioning, and integration with shipyard operations. The PM will coordinate across engineering, procurement, and field teams to ensure timely delivery, financial compliance, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Mat Sinking Automation project in Lockport, including coordination with shipyard teams and USACE stakeholders.
• Manage milestone-based deliverables (Tasks 74–131) and ensure alignment with the updated Statement of Work (SOW) and Milestone Payment Schedule (MPS).
• Oversee commissioning and startup of the Mat Boat and robotic systems, including FWRS installation and calm water operational testing.
• Interface with procurement and finance teams to manage equipment rentals, spares, and BOM justifications for Mod 12.
• Monitor project risks including invoicing gaps, contract modifications, and shipyard synchronization challenges.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of mat sinking crew and technical operators in collaboration with HR and field leads.
• Provide weekly updates to senior leadership and participate in recurring proposal and financial review meetings.

You will be a great fit if:

• 8+ years of project management experience in marine engineering, robotics, or heavy civil infrastructure.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven success managing milestone-based contracts and OTA modifications.

Skills/abilities:

• Strong understanding of USACE protocols, shipyard operations, and robotic commissioning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Location: Lockport, LA (onsite preferred; travel to Tipton County, TN may be required)
