Overview
Marian Hall at St. Cecilia Catholic Community is seeking a reliable and hands-on part-time Maintenance Worker to help maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance of the facility. This role provides flexible scheduling and is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping event spaces clean, safe, and well-presented. Must be available to work events.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, and dance floors for events and gatherings.
- Clean and maintain the hall, kitchen, and bathrooms as needed.
- Perform spot cleaning on carpets and replace tiles as necessary.
- Paint and caulk walls, trim, and other surfaces as required.
- Power wash the lanai, driveway, and paver areas.
- Clean interior and exterior windows regularly.
- Wipe down and maintain entranceways and common areas.
- Replace light bulbs and basic fixtures as needed.
- Inspect appliances, fixtures, and facility systems, report maintenance issues promptly to the Business Manager.
- Perform additional maintenance or custodial duties as assigned.
