Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization:
- Identify, plan, and lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis, process mapping, and value stream mapping to enhance performance, reduce waste, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of optimization efforts.
- Promote a culture of innovation and operational excellence across teams.
Capability Building:
- Design, implement, and manage programs that enhance ecommerce capabilities, performance, and engagement.
- Conduct development needs assessments and design learning pathways aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate or coordinate workshops on operational methodologies, systems, soft skills, and leadership growth.
- Track participation, effectiveness, and business impact of learning initiatives through metrics and feedback.
Strategic Initiative Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional efforts from planning through execution, aligning teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Define initiative scopes, timelines, resource needs, and success criteria in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and communication to ensure visibility and alignment with leadership.
- Apply appropriate execution frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to maintain accountability and transparency.
- Support enterprise-level initiatives such as system implementations, standardization, or change efforts.
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of experience in process optimization, operational excellence, employee development, or strategic execution roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and improving operational outcomes.
- Experience in creating and delivering impactful learning content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in initiative management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Jira) and process analysis methods (e.g., DMAIC, SIPOC, fishbone diagrams).
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred:
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
- PMP, CAPM, or related credentials in initiative execution.
- Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
- Background in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or shared services.
