We are seeking a mission-driven, detail-oriented, and visionary President to lead SR Hotel Management into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record of scaling operations, driving profitability, and building high-performing teams. This role requires exceptional communication with ownership groups and the executive team, while demonstrating the Golden Rule in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates the “Golden Rule” of treating others the way we wish to be treated in all actions and communications.
  • Lead the strategic direction and operational execution of SR Hotel Management.
  • Drive growth through new property acquisitions, brand partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Foster strong relationships with brand partners (Marriott, Hilton, Choice, Wyndham) to ensure alignment and excellence in brand standards.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting across the portfolio.
  • Champion a culture of service, innovation, and accountability.
  • Represent the company to stakeholders, investors, and industry partners.
  • Communicate effectively with ownership groups and executive leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.

Leadership Requirements

  • Sales & Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to lead and innovate in hospitality sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand visibility.
  • Multi-Profit Center Resort Experience: Demonstrated success managing complex resort operations with multiple profit centers (e.g., lodging, F&B, spa, retail).
  • Ownership Group Liaison: Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with ownership groups, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment of goals.
  • EBITDA & Expense Management: Strong financial acumen with a focus on maximizing EBITDA and controlling operational expenses without compromising service quality.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience in hotel or hospitality management.
  • Demonstrated success in multi-brand portfolio management.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with property development, acquisitions, and operational scaling.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Remote work environment with required in-office presence 1–2 times per month.
  • Travel required for property visits, tours, inspections, industry events, and stakeholder meetings. These such events include standing and walking for extended periods of time.

Compensation

Salary Range: $150,000–$160,000 (depending on experience). Meaningful profit sharing and performance bonus.
