As a Field Based Technical Sales Engineer you’ll be responsible for:
Conduct 8–12 face-to-face client meetings per week to build trust and drive sales.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs, market sectors, and decision-makers.
Provide tailored solutions across our full range of Heat Pump products, including commercial systems and chillers.
Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within HVAC or Heat Pump systems.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Technically confident with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
