RESPONSIBILITIES:
Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung eines Montagebereichs

REQUIREMENTS:
Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung als Meister (m/w/d)/ Techniker (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
Methodische Arbeitsweise, unternehmerisches und nachhaltiges Denken
Kenntnisse in Mess- und Regelungstechnik sowie in der Fertigungstechnik
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
Systematischer und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil
