Associate Creative Strategist (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Associate Creative Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of paid media campaigns and affiliate programs by collaborating with the creative team to develop engaging Ad content, monitor performance, and assist in optimizing strategies to achieve the company’s objectives that drive performance across paid social and other digital channels.
As a member of the Digital & E-Commerce team, you will collaborate with the Marketing, Creative and Sales teams and will report directly to Creative Strategist- Paid Media role to develop bold, strategic, and results-driven assets that inspire action and reflect the ONE/SIZE brand identity.
HYBRID: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in-person work at Culver City, CA 90230. The role requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work.
What You’ll Do:
Essential Job Functions
- Concept and design digital-first creative for paid media (especially Meta, TikTok, and YouTube) that aligns with campaign objectives and KPIs
- Partner with Paid Media and Marketing teams to develop a creative strategy that drives revenue, engagement, and brand equity
- Source, brief, and edit influencer- or UGC-style content for high-performing ad creative
- Ideate and test short-form video content formats to improve CTR and ROAS
- Build and optimize creative assets tailored to platform specs and trends (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Display, etc.)
- Support monthly creative testing frameworks and assist with performance tracking on A/B creative tests
- Maintain and organize creative assets in Dropbox/SharePoint for streamlined access and campaign management
- Conduct basic market and audience research to identify trends and insights that inform campaign strategies
- Participate in creative brainstorms and content planning with the Creative & Ecom teams
- Stay up to date with creative best practices, platform trends, and competitor content
- Support the management of affiliate programs, including onboarding partners and providing them with necessary creative assets
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the program network
- Help maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, assist with performance feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyzing data to assess success and identify improvement areas
- Ensure that affiliates adhere to program guidelines and brand standards
- Regularly communicate program updates, promotions, and incentives to affiliates
- creating reports summarizing campaigns and affiliate program results for internal review
- Other duties may be assigned
Non-Essential Job Functions
- Support cross-functional campaign planning and brainstorming initiatives
- Assist in creative recaps and post-mortems with insights for future testing
- Provide occasional creative support for internal presentations or marketing materials
- Support cross-functional efforts as needed across the broader Digital & E-Commerce team
What You’ll Bring:

- 2+ years of experience in digital creative, digital marketing, or performance creative design
- Strong eye for design and understanding of performance marketing principles
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Google Slides
- Experience developing or editing video content for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
- Familiarity with creative KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.) and how to develop assets that ladder to results
- Ability to work independently, take feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Passion for beauty, digital storytelling, and the ONE/SIZE brand identity is a plus
Team Leadership & Oversight
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

This role requires the following physical capabilities:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, twist, and squat to adjust or position equipment, cameras, or set up for events
- Prolonged periods standing, bending, stooping, and reaching
- Must be able to focus on detailed work for extended periods, which may lead to eye strain or fatigue
- Must be able to perform tasks that require fine motor skills, including typing and using a mouse
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, often time-sensitive environment
