Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Medical Assistant Team Lead to join our team!
JOB SUMMARY:
To increase provider’s productivity and patient’s quality of care. To manage and oversee MA staff in Idaho Falls/ Rexburg
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Address questions or concerns from MA’s
2. Address MA/Clinic questions or concerns from management team and providers
3. Put together monthly MA meetings
4. Provide the daily MA schedule
5. Coordinate orientation of new employees
6. Set up interviews for new hires for MA positions
7. Manage Client Paycom for MA’s in Idaho Falls/Rexburg
8. Minion inventory, outdates, configuration
9. Oversee utility folders (Ensure voicemails are returned timely and prior authorizations are completed in a timely manner)
10. Help implement MACRA and work with the Informatics Specialist on meeting MACRA requirements
11. Assign MA their individual job duties
12. Work with the management team and providers on problem solving MA/Clinic issues

Qualifications
Education/Certification: High School Diploma or Associate degree in Medical Assisting.
Experience: Preferred management experience but not required.
Equipment/Technology: Basic Computer Skills
Language/Communication: have the ability to read, write and speak English.
