Part-Time Employee Development & Talent Management Coordinator

Part-Time Administrator (Level 13)

Salary Range $24 - $27 per hour (Salary is commensurate with experience)

Reports to: Manager of Training and Program Development

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. 

This position will close on November 9, 2025.

 

*This position has been approved for a flexible work option arrangement. Flexible work options can be ended at any time by the College, Cabinet, and/or supervisors based on employee performance and/or as institutional needs change.  This position is Monday-Friday with one day remote.  Weekly hours are 25 hours.

 

Basic Purpose:

The Employee Development & Talent Management Coordinator provides assistance in a broad range of supportive duties to the Employee Development & Talent Management.  These duties consist of support in the areas of Performance Management, Training and Development, Faculty Success, Event Planning and other employee development functions as needed.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists Manager of Training and Program Development in the Administrative Services Department
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employees’ questions and requests
  • Coordinates training and development programs for employees
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance management process and training programs as well as the hiring and separation process
  • Assists with the planning, managing, execution and evaluation of human resources training events and programs such as new employee orientation
  • Assists with updating training and development materials
  • Assists with creating and executing reports for Employee Development, Talent Management, Human Resources and Faculty Success.
  • Organize and prepare the various newsletters, invitations, and other marketing communication for Employee Development & Talent Management
  • Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree required.
  • Two to five years of office work experience required, preferably in a human resources environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Other MS Office products required.
  • Experience working with Colleague preferred.
  • Ability to display high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
