Now, we’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Growth Marketer to help us scale our impact.
As Senior Growth Marketer, you’ll be the architect of our growth engine — owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that drive pipeline, product adoption, and brand awareness. You’ll collaborate directly with the VP of Product and cross-functional teams to turn insights into action and campaigns into conversions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across paid, organic, and partner channels
- Own campaign planning for video content, product launches, and thought leadership artifacts
- Optimize our marketing tech stack and lead generation workflows
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights and iterate quickly
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to align messaging and maximize impact
- Champion experimentation —landing page optimization, and audience segmentation
- Help shape our brand voice and elevate our presence across social channels

Requirements
- Experience in Growth Marketing: Several years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Solutions-Focused Marketing Experience: An ability to fundamentally understand functional and technical products and create packages and marketing strategies for solutions like AI Agent development services, software subscriptions, compliance advisory, and proactive security services.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights from performance metrics and user behavior analysis.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, AI SDR tools, data visualization software, and analytics platforms to monitor and optimize campaigns.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and develop unique solutions that drive customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Project Management: Skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and strategies to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven experience in leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve marketing objectives.
