Clarksville Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team!

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time available
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (Hourly or Salary options for full-time employees)
Expected Hours: Flexible based on candidate availability (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Work Location: In-home and school settings in Clarksville and Fort Campbell

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) implementing ABA programs.

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals and strategies as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company standards.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.

  • Provide parent training and ongoing support.

  • Ensure ethical, evidence-based practice in line with BACB guidelines.

Experience & Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

  • Familiarity with ABA principles and data-driven decision making.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Experience with high-aggression youth preferred; willingness to work with this population is a must.

  • Required Training: CPR Certification, HIPAA Compliance Training

  • Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Clarksville and Fort Campbell.
