Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Emplify Health by Gundersen- Tweeten Care Center is seeking a full-time, salaried Infection Preventionist/Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement/Education RN in Spring Grove, MN. 

What you will do:

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), day shift

• Provide infection surveillance and management, staff education and monitoring of required education, assist with care center surveys, and lead quality improvement activities.

• Back-up floor nursing coverage/cover on-call every 3rd weekend

What you need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing

• Minnesota RN License

• 1 year of long-term care experience, RN experience preferred

• Infection Preventionist certificate required within 3 months of hire

• Basic Life Support CPR

• Obtain CPR Instructor within 3 months of hire.
