CWAN’s Marketing team is seeking a Creative Operations Manager who thrives on building structure, optimizing processes, and driving projects forward. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of creative operations—from intake and prioritization to resourcing, team management, and execution— ensuring that every project aligns with business goals and is delivered with excellence.
The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll build and refine scalable systems, manage and mentor a team of production designers, partner closely with brand and marketing leads, and lead operational initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and impact. Your work will directly strengthen CWAN’s creative engine, enabling us to deliver campaigns, events, and brand experiences that move metrics and connect with people.
Responsibilities
Lead Creative Operations: Build and manage efficient workflows across brand and creative, balancing capacity, timelines, and priorities.
Team Management: Oversee and coach designers, managing workloads, resourcing, and performance to ensure high-quality, on-brand delivery.
Operational Strategy: Design scalable processes and governance for creative intake, resourcing, reviews, and delivery that support long-term growth.
Cross-functional Partnership: Serve as the operational hub, connecting creative, marketing, and external partners to ensure alignment, clarity, and accountability.
Drive Reviews: Lead creative and design review sessions, translate feedback into clear actions, and track progress through completion.
Resource Management: Oversee the sourcing, contracting, and management of external agencies and freelance partners to meet evolving creative needs.
Project Leadership: Own end-to-end execution of projects—from scoping and stakeholder alignment to final delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, analyze performance, and implement process enhancements that improve creative and design velocity and output quality.
Who You Are:
8-10+ years of experience in creative operations, production, or project management, ideally within an in-house or creative agency.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel creative programs (social, campaigns, video, web, events, etc.) across multiple stakeholders.
Strategic mindset—comfortable balancing short-term delivery with long-term operational vision.
Deep expertise in project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office/Docs).
Experienced in developing timelines, managing budgets, and presenting progress to the team.
Skilled communicator with the confidence to drive decisions and the empathy to foster collaboration.
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving priorities.

Salary range: $125K-150K + bonus + RSUs
