Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience working for technology/media companies or consulting firms.
- Excellent problem-solving, tactical and investigative capabilities, and track record of building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.

The Sales Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with the MD of APCS YouTube Solutions and their leadership team to develop the go-to-market sales strategy across multiple businesses and drive execution across the team.
- Drive operational logistics, including optimizing resource allocation across teams, engagement models, managing weekly management meetings, setting KPIs, and measuring progress/identifying opportunities to improve performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices and collaboration across the sectors and partner teams.
- Participate in and help steer cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring proper strategy, implementation and adoption.
