About the Role:

As a Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the project controls function for our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project controls processes and procedures, and for ensuring that these are followed by all project teams. You will also be responsible for providing project controls support and guidance to project teams as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project controls management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Professional certification in project management or project controls
• Experience in the construction industry
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Provide project controls support and guidance to project teams as required
• Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular reports to senior management
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities

Skills:

As a Project Controls Manager, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work effectively in a team environment, and to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also need to have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, and to be proficient in the use of project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. In addition, experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) would be beneficial in this role.
