*Hourly rate based on experience

Full-time position: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00pm

Jim's 29 years working with youth and families in church settings and raising their five children solidified their desire to offer families more than just excellent therapy—they wanted to provide genuine encouragement and love. They know firsthand the power of community, having experienced its embrace during their own parenting journey. Embracing the idea that "it takes a village," Marshall Pediatric Therapy has become that village for over 2,000 families in Central Kentucky. • You have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• You have ​​an active RBT Certification or commit to complete RBT Certification

• You hold a current CPR and First Aid Certification

• You effectively & professionally communicate verbally and in documentation
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
