Summary:
An Employee Engagement Coordinator develops and implements programs to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and connection to the company's mission and values. Key responsibilities include conducting employee surveys, analyzing feedback, and designing initiatives such as recognition programs, wellness activities, and training opportunities to foster a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong communication, data analysis, and project management skills, and aims to boost productivity, retention, and overall company success. 
Willing to travel to other facilities to implement engagement programs.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development & Implementation:
    • Design, launch, and manage engagement programs and initiatives that align with company goals. 
  • Survey & Feedback Analysis:
    • Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in workplace culture and experience. 
  • Recognition & Rewards:
    • Establish and oversee programs to acknowledge and reward employee contributions. 
  • Communication & Culture:
    • Facilitate clear communication and foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment. 
  • Wellness & Well-being:
    • Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives, including stress management and work-life balance programs. 
  • Onboarding:
    • Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure a positive start for new hires. 
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze engagement metrics and report findings to management to guide strategic decisions. 
  • Event Coordination:
    • Organize events like team-building activities, holiday parties, and company outings. 
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with HR, leadership, and other departments to support engagement efforts. 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, event planning, internal communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in coordinating company events, wellness programs, or employee recognition initiatives.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and listening skills to understand and connect with employees. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement strategies. 
  • Project Management: Strong organization, project management, and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently. 
  • Creativity & Strategy: Ability to develop innovative and effective engagement programs that align with business objectives. 
  • Empathy: Understanding and empathy for employees' needs and perspectives. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR information systems and employee survey platforms. 
  • Traveling: Ability to travel to other locations as needed (10% travel).
