The mission of the Studio Coordinator at Cozey

Working closely with the Creative Producer, as Studio Coordinator reporting to Danielle Caporale, Manager, Creative Operations, your mission is to support photoshoots, studio operations, and marketing sample management while assisting on set studio needs to ensure smooth production workflows. 

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end marketing sample process for photoshoots in collaboration with Product Development and Demand Planning by creating a system that covers ordering and receiving products.  
• Support the Creative Producer with production tasks such as managing props, booking talent and location, as well as call sheets and scheduling. 
• Manage photo and video equipment, coordinate rentals and purchases, maintain the studio equipment room, prepare equipment for on-location shoots, and organize in-house studio maintenance. 
• Support the training and onboarding of production vendors and contractors by creating and updating guidelines for in-house studio shoot processes.  
• Help manage production budgets by tracking and documenting expenditures, processing invoices promptly, and reconciling final costs 
• Assist in managing photo and video assets within Air (DAM) to ensure proper organization, metadata accuracy, and easy access for cross-functional partners. 

We'd love to hear from you if you have

• 1-2 years of relevant coordination, studio, or photo and video production experience. 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proactive approach to problem-solving. 
• Background in photography, video production, and studio lighting equipment. 
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Shopify and WMS is an asset. 
• Valid driver’s license is required.
