Senior Associate Director of Day Supports bei Shadowfax

•  Full-time, salaried position; $1,052/wk
• Responsible for implementation of strategy in the ATF, CPS, and employment programs of the Day Supports Dept.
• Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual through Everyday Lives Principles, utilization and occupancy, the ISP process, and related programming
• Oversight of compliance and licensing for all facilities and programs
• Coordinates with the Executive Director of Day Supports on program strategy and implementation
• Supervisory experience is required
• Required:  Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and at least 4 years of experience working formally and directly with persons with ID/A
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and at least 2 years of experience working formally and directly with persons with ID/A

or Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college or university and at least 2 years of experience working formally and directly with persons with ID/A

• Basic computer skills required
• Excellent communication and teambuilding skills required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license; must meet driver eligibility criteria
