What You’ll Do:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel components with precision and consistency

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols

• Fit, fabricate, and assemble parts according to specifications

• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding (aluminum and stainless required)

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

• Team player with a positive attitude and reliable attendance

• Welding certification preferred, but not required
