Inova Health is looking for a dedicated Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join the team. The schedule is full-time working Monday–Friday, general office hours | Hybrid work schedule.

Senior Digital Marketing Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Develops, measures, and improves upon Inova’s digital content and digital marketing strategy to deliver a superior patient experience, drive revenue, and increase conversion.
- Reports Digital Marketing-specific metrics which focus on content performance and campaigns that support system initiatives to key stakeholders, including regular reports on website performance, engagement, and marketing automation insights, and advising on data-driven recommendations for optimizations.
- Identifies which marketing channels, campaigns, and digital touchpoints effectively drive engagement to inova.org and lead to downstream patient activity.
- Advances organizational priorities through applying a strong knowledge of digital best practices, recommending new technologies, advocating for enhanced digital capabilities, and encouraging alignment between teams.
- Scales targeting capabilities and leads digital campaign tagging/tracking processes, ensuring that website components, campaigns, content, and links have appropriate tracking for reporting purposes.
- Delivers cross-channel content activations at scale in partnership with integrated marketing managers and other partners.
- Governs the use of digital content taxonomy to ensure alignment across different teams, channels, and platforms.
- Partners with our analytics team to ensure consistency in KPIs, dashboards, data architecture, and governance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Analytics, Marketing, or related field
- Experience: 6 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Experience:
- Healthcare or Health System
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics (AA), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Strong understanding of data architecture and schema design as it relates to marketing analytics.
- Audience segmentation and personalized strategies.
- Management of a large taxonomy or governance of a content or customer database, ensuring that it is up-to-date and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Creating user stories and mapping digital customer journey flows.
