Industrial Electrician – Senior Leadership Opportunity | Detroit | $90k-$120k
Location: Metro Detroit Area
Company: Hercules Concrete, LLC
Pay: $90,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Some weekends as needed | Day Shift- On call as needed | 10–12 Hour Shifts

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Industrial Electrician who values craftsmanship, takes ownership of their work, and wants to help power the infrastructure that keeps Detroit moving.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Industrial Electrician with solid industrial experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems across multiple concrete production facilities. From troubleshooting control panels to installing new electrical infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on concrete plant electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, controls, instrumentation, and plant automation
- Install and upgrade industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan and execute work
- Work independently and efficiently to minimize plant downtime
- Inspect systems for safety, compliance, and optimal function
- Maintain clean and safe work areas in accordance with company and OSHA standards
What You Bring
- Licensed Electrician (State of Michigan)
- Proven experience in manufacturing, construction, or heavy industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and safety instructions
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and adapt to the needs of the job
Physical Requirements
- The ability to frequently stand, sit, climb or crawl around and under machines or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and drive a vehicle, when necessary.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, feel or operate objects, equipment, tools or controls.
- Working at heights at an excess of 100 feet, climbing stairs, ladders, and concrete/aggregate silos.
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently
