We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and client teams to deliver high-quality design work across digital and print channels.
 
As part of our fast-paced agency environment, you’ll take ownership of digital display advertising, marketing materials, and occasional print projects such as brochures, OOH, or press ads. You’ll also support our growth and client teams by designing and formatting pitch materials and presentations, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand’s creativity and polish.
 

Duties and responsibilities
Artwork Design and Development:
 
  • Design and produce digital advertising, social content, and other digital marketing assets to spec and on deadline in collaboration with web developers and other designers
  • Develop print-ready artwork and to spec and on deadline.
  • Create, format and polish pitch materials, ensuring a high level of accuracy, visual consistency and attention to detail.
  • Produce visually appealing designs for marketing and brand materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual coherence across all design layouts.
  • Utilise current design software to produce high-quality artwork.
Creative Ideation and Concept Development:
 
  • Contribute to visual concepting and ideation sessions where relevant, helping to visualise ideas, mock-ups, and campaign activations 
    Stay updated on industry and technological trends and incorporate them into your work.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to align design concepts with objectives and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Present work confidently to internal teams (client-facing presentation experience is a bonus but not essential).

Role Requirements:
  • Approximately 3–5 years’ experience as a designer within an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design across digital advertising, deck design, and print media.
  • Proficiency in the core Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); a working knowledge of Figma and AfterEffects is desirable but not essential.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout and digital/UI best practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A degree in Design, Visual Communications or equivalent field is preferred.
