Job Description
💼 Role: Resourcing Business Partner
📍 Location: Manchester
🏢 Hybrid: 3 days in the office (with some travel across Greater Manchester to visit client sites and conduct social value activities)
At Reed Talent Solutions, we're all about building long-term, meaningful partnerships with our clients – signified by the 100% client retention rate in the Northern Hub.
We're on the lookout for a Resourcing Business Partner who's ready to get involved, take ownership, and deliver exceptional service across our Managed Service accounts in Greater Manchester.
This isn't your average recruitment role. You'll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring we not only meet but exceed expectations. You'll be juggling multiple accounts, leading high-volume and niche campaigns, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders – all while keeping an eye on performance, quality, and commercial success.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the delivery of recruitment services for key clients – from conducting vital market and benchmarking research to coordinating the vacancy from beginning to successful end.
- Acting as the first point of contact for operational issues and working closely with Seniors to resolve them.
- Building strong, strategic relationships with clients and suppliers alike.
- Attending service review meetings and key stakeholder sessions – your voice will be heard!
- Driving performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are smashed, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating across the wider Reed network to boost fill rates and deliver a seamless service.
- Getting involved in social value initiatives and giving back to the local community.
What we're looking for:
- A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Someone who's commercially savvy and understands the bigger picture.
- Experience in managing recruitment delivery – ideally within an MSP setting or recruitment account management.
- A natural relationship builder who can influence and inspire.
- Organised, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.
Why join us?
- You'll be part of a passionate, supportive team that genuinely cares about making a difference.
- We offer hybrid working, flexibility, and the autonomy to make the role your own.
- You'll have access to industry-leading tools, training, and development opportunities.
- And of course, you'll be working for a company with a strong purpose and a proud legacy.
