Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Head of Marketing to own the brand vision, build hype, and execute strategies that elevate Au Vodka’s dominance in the industry. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets data, strategy meets execution, and brand-building meets commercial success. - Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and execute a bold, innovative marketing strategy that cements Au Vodka as the go-to premium vodka brand worldwide. Ensure consistency across all channels while pushing creative boundaries.
- Content & Social Media: Drive viral, high-impact social media and digital campaigns that keep us ahead of the competition. Work closely with influencers, ambassadors, and creators to build authentic brand moments.
- Product & Campaign Launches: Own the marketing strategy for new product releases, limited editions, and collaborations—ensuring maximum impact, awareness, and sales.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships: Identify and secure high-profile collaborations, sponsorships, and brand partnerships that align with Au Vodka’s lifestyle and target audience.
- Retail & Trade Marketing: Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives to strengthen our presence in key retail and on-trade accounts. Work closely with sales to support growth strategies.
- Experiential & Events: Lead the planning and execution of unforgettable brand activations, events, and experiences that bring Au Vodka to life and keep our audience engaged.
- Data & Performance: Use data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and refine marketing strategies. Ensure ROI on all marketing investments.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A marketing leader with 7+ years of experience in a high-growth, consumer-driven brand (alcohol, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- A creative thinker with a strong commercial mindset—someone who can deliver both hype and revenue.
- Deep expertise in social media, influencer marketing, and digital-first brand-building.
- Strong understanding of influencer market.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Highly organised – we move fast, so lots of deadlines to achieve.
- Proven track record of executing successful product launches and high-impact campaigns.
- Strong network in entertainment, nightlife, luxury, or sports industries is a huge plus.
- Passion for culture, trends, and the ability to move at the speed of the consumer.
