About the role
Your day-to-day will be varied and stimulating, from assisting with policy drafting and due diligence reviews to ensuring transactions progress smoothly from initial submission to policy binding. You’ll also review and refine key transaction documents, liaise with external legal counsel, and develop strong professional relationships with M&A insurance brokers, lawyers, private equity firms, and internal colleagues.
Additionally, you’ll analyze CFC’s M&A insurance portfolio, contribute insights that shape business decisions, and help manage workflow and reporting on our internal underwriting system.
About you
We'll be looking for strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role involves working closely with underwriters, broker partners, legal counsel, and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, additional European language skills are of benefit but are not a prerequisite.
