Social Media & Event Manager EU (d/f/m) bei Henkel group

What you´ll do

• Provide strategic input for regional event concepts
• Develop and execute influencer & press events together with marketing teams
• Oversee all aspects of guest management throughout the entire event process, from initial planning to post-event
• Provide input for local event concepts in cooperation with the Brand Activation Team and the EU Influencer Manager
• Track KPIs such as influencer attendance, content output, reach, engagement, earned media value (EMV), and ROI
• Provide strategic input for social media campaigns and content creation
• Ensure best practices in platform management, measurement, tools and innovation
• Track competitor activities, provide post-event/social media channel analysis and recommendations

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in influencer marketing, PR, or event management within an international environment
• Proven experience delivering large-scale events combined with willingness to travel across Europe for events
• Excellent project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and brands
• Passion for influencer culture, social media, trends, and brand storytelling
• Fluent English skills, further language skills are beneficial
