We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Professional to enhance our regional marketing presence across key markets in Europe and Latin America.The successful candidate will implement targeted marketing strategies in collaboration with regional stakeholders and the Europe, Monaco & Americas marketing team, with a focus on planning and executing high-profile client events and sponsorships.
The role demands strong project coordination, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure and within tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Implement targeted marketing plans in coordination with regional stakeholders and central marketing teams
Plan, manage, and evaluate client events, including conference, sponsorship activations and advertising
Support the creation and adaptation of marketing content—including digital campaigns, newsletters, presentations, and social media—for local relevance and regulatory compliance
Coordinate cross-market initiatives
Manage agency partners and vendors where applicable, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely execution
Provide regular reporting on marketing activities
30–40% international travel across assigned regions
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or luxury sectors
Proven track record in delivering integrated marketing campaigns and managing large-scale client events internationally
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Fluent in English (mandatory) – both written and spoken
Proficiency in at least one additional language: Swedish, Finnish, Spanish, Portuguese, or French
Willingness and ability to travel frequently (30–40%) across Europe (particularly Monaco and Nordic countries) and Latin Americas countries
