We welcome both experienced practitioners and early-career psychologists.

Responsibilities

Manage, supervise, and coach a team of 15–20 licensed therapists.

Provide clinical oversight by reviewing treatment plans, documentation, and progress notes.

Monitor performance through client outcomes, feedback, retention data, and quality audits.

Offer clinical and ethical consultation and serve as a trusted resource for therapist questions.

Foster a supportive, collaborative culture aligned with Thriving Center’s values and mission.

Act as liaison between therapists and leadership, ensuring effective communication and team cohesion.

Maintain a small caseload of 10–15 clients, providing high-quality therapy services.

Requirements

Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.

Active New York State licensure as a Psychologist.

Minimum of 10 years of post-licensure clinical experience.

4 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.

Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and culturally competent care.

Must be proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, etc)
