Job Description

The University of Findlay invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track appointment within the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.

The candidate must possess strong communication skills and a desire to work with students in a university setting that prides itself on providing close relationships between students and faculty.  The successful candidate must be committed to student-centered education, as well as professional development, service, and scholarship.  Candidates with teaching experience in a Doctor of Physical Therapy program is highly preferred.

A terminal academic doctoral degree in a related field is preferred.  Applicants without a terminal academic degree, a doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) and board certification are required.  Applicants must possess or be eligible for physical therapy licensure in Ohio, have experience as a successful academic and/or clinical teacher, and the ability to function well within a collegial, collaborative work environment.
